The Corbetta is the first of the vintage bikes by Amar Cycles. As usual, each one of them comes carefully crafted by hand by Jonathan Amar himself.
It uses an original Corbetta frame by CBT Italia, built out of Columbus SLX fluted steel tubing. The iconic Amar Cycles plates are installed both in front and back. In the back aluminum plate, you can see the hand engraved floral patterns. The bike comes with Extra+ Silver brake levers connected to Dia-Compe BRS 101 brakes. The ENE headset is connected to the Dia-Compe stem which is hand engraved with a floral pattern. You can option in for a bullhorn handlebar. The handlebar is an aluminum one, sheathed and hand pleated in naturally dyed italian leather. The end plugs are engraved with floral patterns. The fork is an original Corbetta one. Bar tape is in-house by Amar Cycles and is the usual leather. The leather saddle is handmade by Gilles Berthoud, the Soulor model. Seat post is by Campagnolo, hand engraved in a floral pattern. The crankset is also engraved in floral patterns and you can opt in for an extra Track 46T one too, by request. The bottom brackets are by Shimano, BB-UN55. It uses a KMC 1/2" chain and MKS Prime Sylvan pedals. Aluminum Gipiemme A40 Pista wheels are paired to Vittoria Zaffiro Pro wheels. Hub is also by Gipiemme. It is painted in a Metallic brown color for extra classic flair.
