Based on a 1981 BMW R100RS, the Buffalo build features a low stance and aggressive looks. 

First the bike was stripped down and then powder coated in black along with the wheels, with a custom shortened rear frame. The seat was handmade and covered in black by a partner company. The tank was painted in a blue color with black side strips. The engine was overhauled and received a new 1000cc replacement kit. The original exhaust is covered with a black grey wrapping tape. 

NCT removed the high handlebars with lower ones from LSL. The footpegs were replaced and repositioned slightly behind for an aggressive riding stance. 

It uses Dunlop Trailmax wheels with a Brembo braking system. The front chassis is original but the rear uses a JSS stereo shock absorber. The Buffalo uses a brand new M-Unit and M-Switch system and handlebar mounted signals from Motogadget. The speedometer is from Acewell and the battery is carefully hidden behind the gearbox. The clean look of the bike is very important so the headlights and rear light were replaced by universal full LED ones.
