This poster by Last Corner depicts Lotus-Ford 49 during the South African Grand Prix of 1968.
It was designed by Lotus and was used for the 1968 Formula One season. The car was a real success. Graham Hill with the Lotus-Ford 49 became the main driver for Lotus after the sudden death of Jim Clark during the F2 race in Hockenheim. This was an incredible year for Graham Hill who won the championship title with a huge point lead over the second place. This poster shows the car during the race of 1968 at the South African Grand Prix where Graham Hill managed to end the race in 2nd place and secure the Formula One title.
