This poster by Last Corner depicts the incredible Maserati F250 that Juan Manuel Fangio used to win the 1957 Formula One World Championship at Nürburgring. The poster celebrates that amazing race which is considered by many to be one the of the best races in Formula One history.

Fangio achieved something that few people have achieved. He ended the race in first place after a terrible pit stop, with 10 breathtaking laps and breaking the lap time record 9 times which impressed everyone. With that amazing run, Juan Manuel Fangio overtook both Peter Collins and Mike Hawthorn and secured first place. This race started what would be a legendary career.

When asked about the race Fangio said this: “I have never driven that quickly before in my life and I don’t think I will ever be able to do it again”.
