If you've seen House of Cards, you probably remember the exclusive gift that president Petrov made to Francis Underwood. While the "

Obosaya Sayanska" as Netflix calls it, does not exist, the Russobaltique is the real vodka bottle which they were inspired from.

The Russobaltique is a 9 kilogram vodka bottle made entirely of solid gold. The bottles are inspired by the design of the radiator guard of vintage RussoBalt cars. All the bottles are delivered in a bulletproof glass casing. There is a natural diamond filter in the bottle and you can see your vodka pass through a diamond filter and then into your glass.

The vodka itself is a military spirit, mixed with water from the Alps. It is inspired by two legendary drivers on a RussoBaltique car, A. Nagel and copilot V. Mikhailov. They left Russia on December, 31, 1911. They finished first accomplishing 3257 km in 195 hours 23 minutes, with average speed 16,3 km/h. In the original cars there were found golden balloons which contained pure military spirit that the drivers mixed with Alp water; giving birth to RussoBaltique vodka.
