Federico and German have an amazing synchronization and team work when it comes to building scramblers.

Project #38 is a 1979 Triumph T140. The client brought the bike to HCG knowing that they love Triumphs. They both wanted to build something that retained the vintage Triumph look with upgraded modern parts.

An old webco fiber glass tank was copied in aluminium alloy. The front suspension comes from a Ducati. A Harley front hub is installed with a Ducati disk brake that uses a custom CNC Ducati to Harley adapted. The rear motor support brackets have been custom CNC machined. Ohlins suspension was installed in the back for flawless ride quality.

The front brake master cylinder is hidden under the tank, making space for the Tomaselli Matador brake and clutch levers. A CB750 rear hub and caliper was adapted at the rear to smooth the look of the motorcycle. It offers a lightweight option and with a 2" swingarm corretion it offers improved handling. The exhaust system is as usual; handbuilt by Herencia. It features their distinct style of making absolutely banging exhausts.
