We source, curate, and sell the most exclusive vehicles, motorcycles, flying machines, boats, bicycles, and mobility objects from 250+ independent builders and brands worldwide. Every product on TheArsenale has been hand-selected by our curatorial team.


BUYING ON THEARSENALE

What can I buy on TheArsenale?
Cars, hypercars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, flying cars, eVTOLs, boats, yachts, bicycles, Formula 1 memorabilia, books, apparel, and art — all tied to the world of mobility and design.

How do I purchase a high-value vehicle or object?
For high-ticket items (vehicles, boats, aircraft), we recommend contacting our sales team directly via WhatsApp at +33 6 99 31 51 33 or by email at pat@thearsenale.com. Our team will guide you through availability, specifications, logistics, and payment.

How do I know if a product is available?
Once your order is placed and payment information entered, we verify availability with the manufacturer within 5 working days. If available, your order is confirmed and you are charged. If unavailable, your order is cancelled and you are not charged.

Are the prices on TheArsenale the manufacturer's retail prices?
Yes. Our priority is to offer fair prices that never exceed the manufacturer's suggested retail price.


DELIVERY

Who handles delivery?
Once a manufacturer confirms availability, they receive the buyer's contact details and are responsible for packaging and preparing the product. TheArsenale then communicates the transporter name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date by email.

What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery time = manufacturer preparation time + shipping time (typically 2–7 working days). Each product page indicates the manufacturer's preparation time.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery country. They are displayed at checkout when you enter your delivery address.

Do I have to pay import taxes?
Import duties may apply depending on your delivery country and the product's country of origin. TheArsenale and its manufacturers cannot control or predict these fees. Please contact your local customs office before ordering. Products shipped within the European Economic Area to EEA residents are not subject to import tax.

Am I protected if there is a problem with my delivery?
Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can report issues to support@thearsenale.com for: product not received, incorrect product, or damaged product. TheArsenale will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the dispute by return or reimbursement.


RETURNS

Can I return a product?
If both the manufacturer and the buyer are based in the European Economic Area, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return without providing a reason. Outside the EEA, this right does not apply. Contact support@thearsenale.com to initiate a return.

What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The purchase price, packaging, and original shipping fees are reimbursed by the manufacturer upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition and packaging.


PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?
TheArsenale accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and bank wire transfer.

Is payment secure?
Yes. TheArsenale uses Stripe for all card payments — protected by SSL encryption and 3D Secure. TheArsenale never accesses your card or banking information directly.

When am I charged?
Card payments are charged within 2 working days of order confirmation. Wire transfers must be received within 5 working days or the order is cancelled.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is sent by email immediately after your order is placed.

TheArsenale Private Membership is an exclusive annual membership at $500/year giving access to private sales, early access to new builders and products, curated mobility content, and direct contact with TheArsenale team. Available at membership.thearsenale.com.
