Man of action and networks. Originally from south of France, Pat Meignan began his career as Advertising Director for several magazines. In 1997 He founded the cross-cultural magazine BLAST. In 2004 he cofounded Intersection Magazine. In 2007, he founded L’ecurie, an integrated creative agency. In 2015, Pat Meignan opened TheArsenale, the 1 st online social retail platform purely dedicated to Mobility. If James Bond did internet shopping at TheArsenale there would be no need for Q”.
