SHIPPING

TheArsenale ships worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped directly by the manufacturer or builder upon confirmation of availability.

Estimated delivery times vary by product and manufacturer. Each product page indicates the manufacturer's preparation time. Standard shipping time once dispatched is 2–7 working days depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, and delivery country.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Please consult your local customs office before ordering. Products shipped within the European Economic Area to EEA residents are exempt from import tax.


RETURNS

Apparel, Books & Accessories

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unworn, unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact support@thearsenale.com to initiate a return.

Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats & High-Value Objects

Due to the nature of these products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the manufacturer. Contact support@thearsenale.com within 14 days of receipt if you experience any of the following:
_ Product not received
_ Incorrect product delivered
_ Product arrived damaged

TheArsenale will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve the dispute by replacement, repair, or reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Items

_ Custom or bespoke orders
_ Limited edition or one-of-a-kind pieces
_ Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
_ Items not in original condition


REFUNDS

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

For wire transfer payments, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account used for payment.
