911® GULF HOOD

The 911 Gulf Hood is a real Porsche 911 hood (1974 to 1989 shell), fully restored and hand-painted by Racing & Emotion in the legendary Gulf Racing livery of light blue and orange, ready to mount as automotive wall art.

The Origin

Racing & Emotion is a French atelier based in Le Mans, home of the 24 Hours, that sources original Porsche 911 body panels and turns them into large-format hand-painted art. The Gulf edition pays tribute to one of the most iconic liveries in motorsport, worn by Porsche's Le Mans winners of the late sixties and revived on every Porsche fan's mental Mount Rushmore since.

Materials

The panel is a genuine steel reproduction front hood from the Porsche 911 / 930 range built between 1974 and 1989, fully restored before paint. The Gulf light blue and orange scheme is hand-applied and cleared, and the original Porsche bonnet badge sits on the nose to keep the factory identity intact.
