911® ROTHMANS HOOD

The Porsche 911 Rothmans hood is an original 1974 front bonnet restored and hand-painted by Racing & Emotion in the legendary blue, white and gold Rothmans livery that carried Porsche to its 1980s rally and Le Mans glory.

The Origin

This hood comes from a real 1974 Porsche 911, one of the classic long-hood 911 and 930 panels produced between 1974 and 1989. The Rothmans livery is a tribute to the works Rothmans Porsche team that dominated the Paris Dakar with the 911 4x4 and won Le Mans with the 956 and 962C. Restored in the atelier of Racing & Emotion in Le Mans, every hood is stripped, prepared and hand-painted so no two pieces are identical.

Materials

The panel is a steel reproduction of the original front hood used on Porsche 911 and 930 models from 1974 to 1989, fitted with the authentic Porsche bonnet badge. The Rothmans livery is applied by hand and lacquered to hold up as a long term display piece. Every hood is fully inspected, wrapped and reinforced for shipping, ready to mount as a bold statement of Porsche motorsport memorabilia.
