The Black Abaya is a runway piece from the TheArsenale x Faith Connexion Doha collection, cut in technical abaya cotton and built as a performance-driven take on the classic silhouette.

 

The Collaboration

The Doha runway saw TheArsenale team up with Parisian house Faith Connexion to translate garage-culture codes into couture. The Black Abaya is the anchor piece of that collection: it keeps the sweep and the modesty of the traditional abaya, but the tailoring borrows from technical casualwear, with cleaner seams and a silhouette designed to move.

Materials & Fit

The garment is made from abaya cotton in a technical casual weave, dense enough to hold its drape without stiffness. Each seam is finished to Faith Connexion couture standard, and the cut is engineered to sit long and clean over layered outfits. This is a runway piece, produced in limited quantity, part of the Doha collection archive.
