Starting with a 1995 BMW R100RT, NCT stripped down the whole bike, rebuilding the rear frame and adapting the brown leather coated seat. The whole frame and rims were then powder coated.

The engine was overhauled and was painted together with the front fork in black. The exhaust remains stock but with custom made pipes. A roll over bar was installed from another motorcycle, and the tires are from Firestone. 

The tank is painted in a dark blue color and the handlebars were replaced by racer clip ons by LSL. Old controls were swapped and a new M-Unit from Motogadget was installed. A simple T&T speedometer was installed to complement the simplicity of the dashboard of the motorcycle. The headlights and front turn signals are replaced with new LED ones, while the rear uses full LED turn signals with an implemented rear light. 

A new brake & clutch lever was installed together with the throttle handle too. The old monoshock suspension in the rear and the brake disc are also replaced.
