The Ducati XDiavel Dark custom motorcycle by Bad Winners takes one of the most dramatic power cruisers ever built and reinterprets it through the Paris workshop's signature lens: blacked-out, purposeful and uncompromising.

The Concept

The Ducati XDiavel arrived in 2016 as something genuinely new in the Italian manufacturer's lineup: a power cruiser with a 1262cc Testastretta DVT engine producing 156 horsepower, low-slung geometry and belt final drive. The Dark variant pushed the visual language further with darkened components throughout. Bad Winners, known for working with high-specification donor machines, takes the XDiavel Dark as a starting point and elevates it into a bespoke commission, each built entirely to order from their Paris base.

The Build

Bad Winners' approach to the XDiavel Dark centers on deepening what Ducati started. The dark aesthetic is amplified through component selection, surface treatment and finish work, creating a motorcycle that reads as a coherent vision rather than a modified production bike. Every detail is chosen with the final visual and mechanical result in mind. The workshop's process eliminates anything that dilutes the intent of the build, and adds only what elevates it.

Performance

The XDiavel's Testastretta DVT 1262 engine delivers 156 horsepower and 129 Nm of torque, with Ducati's Desmodromic Variable Timing system optimizing the engine across the rev range. The power cruiser stance, wide rear tire and low seat height give the machine a commanding road presence, while the forward foot controls and low center of gravity make the power entirely accessible. Bad Winners' build process preserves and refines the factory performance foundation.
