The Concept

The Triumph Speed Twin sits at the intersection of classic British twin character and contemporary performance. Its 1200cc Bonneville engine delivers 97 horsepower with a torque curve tuned for real-world riding, housed in a chassis derived from the Speed Triple's platform. Bad Winners chose the Speed Twin as a commission platform precisely because it carries both visual heritage and genuine performance credentials, the right combination for a workshop that refuses to separate aesthetics from capability.

The Build

Each Bad Winners Speed Twin commission begins from a production donor motorcycle and is built entirely to the customer's brief. Bad Winners' build process draws on their network of premium component suppliers across exhaust, suspension, ergonomics and bodywork. The workshop's signature approach focuses on coherence: every modification serves a unified visual and mechanical direction, so the finished machine reads as a complete object rather than an accumulation of aftermarket parts.

Performance

The Speed Twin's 1200cc Bonneville parallel twin produces 97 horsepower and 112 Nm of torque. The engine's high-compression tune and torque-biased character make it a commanding street tool, with enough power to satisfy experienced riders while remaining accessible and exploitable.
