The Collaboration

Sidi Sport has been building motorcycle boots in Italy since 1960, trusted by the top of MotoGP and off-road racing. For this edition, the Maser family workshop joined forces with TheArsenale to reimagine one of its signature silhouettes. The result is the Crossair TH3, a boot that stays true to Sidi's racing heritage while carrying the TheArsenale codes: darker finish, cleaner lines, and a subtle co-branded identity for the collector who rides.

What Makes It

High-density impact protection is distributed across the shin, ankle, calf, and instep, giving full-boot coverage without the bulk of traditional cross gear. The construction uses lightweight technical materials over a flexible chassis, so the boot follows the rider's movement instead of fighting it. A micro-adjustable buckle system locks the fit in place, and Sidi's replaceable components (buckles, metatarsal inserts, sole materials) mean the boot is built to be serviced, not thrown away. Reinforced buckles, anti-extension system, and an anatomical heel deliver the stability expected from a top-tier racing boot.

Materials & Fit

The Crossair TH3 sits between an off-road cross boot and a street riding boot, comfortable enough for long touring days and rigid enough for aggressive riding. The velcro closure and micro-adjustable buckles let you dial in the fit around the calf, while the hinge system keeps ankle articulation natural. Every Crossair TH3 order ships with a complimentary TheArsenale cap. Delivery is scheduled for 2025 as a limited pre-order run.
