Curv Racing Simulator AMR-C01

The Curv AMR-C01 is a limited-edition Aston Martin racing simulator, engineered in the UK by three-time Le Mans winner Darren Turner and styled by Aston Martin's own design team.

The Story

Curv Racing Simulators is a UK manufacturer founded by Aston Martin works driver Darren Turner, using two decades of hands-on Formula 1 simulator development. The AMR-C01 is a co-signed project between Curv and Aston Martin, capped at 150 units worldwide, each delivered with a numbered plaque. Turner describes it as a way to bring the immersion of a professional sim into a private home, so a real racing driver can prepare for the next round while an esports competitor gets the same tools the pros use.

Performance

The AMR-C01 sits on an all-carbon fibre monocoque designed in-house by Aston Martin, with a front bodywork that echoes the brand's racing grille and a seating position lifted from the Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar. Vision is delivered by a super ultra-wide QHD 32:9 monitor tuned for low latency and high refresh rate. The steering system uses a high-torque direct-drive motor considered the gold standard for high-end sims, paired with a Formula-style steering wheel featuring paddle shift, dual-clutch paddles with adjustable bite point, carbon fibre gear shifters, 9 rotary dials, 12 push buttons and a full-colour LCD. The pedal box is electronically actuated with 200 mm of travel, all mechanics sealed inside a carbon enclosure. Marek Reichman, Aston Martin's Chief Creative Officer, describes it as a sculptural work of art built to sit inside the most beautiful residences.
