Ducati Scrambler MotoKit

The Ducati Scrambler MotoKit by Bad Winners is a bolt-on DIY conversion package that turns a stock Ducati Scrambler into a Paris-built custom flat tracker, without cutting the subframe or losing the ability to revert the bike to factory spec.

The Concept

Bad Winners is a French custom motorcycle maker responsible for some of the most exotic builds on the modern Ducati Scrambler scene. The MotoKit is their way of turning that workshop expertise into a plug-and-play product: no welder, no torch, no permanent modification. The kit fits all Ducati Scrambler models from 2015 to 2019, and every part is handmade in France, painted or powder-coated, and delivered ready to bolt on the donor bike.

The Build

The MotoKit rebuilds the entire top of the bike: a new tail unit with an integrated leather seat, a slim aluminium fuel tank of roughly 8 liters, and matte-black side panels above and below the tank line. Airflow is opened up with a K&N high-flow air filter and evacuated through a full SC-Project 2-in-1 stainless steel exhaust. Ergonomics come from a Ducabike Monoposto rearset kit with muffler bracket, and Gilles Tooling Flat Tracker risers on the front. Lighting and turn signals are handled by four Motogadget M-Blaze units and an aluminium number plate holder with dedicated plate light. The electrical side runs on an Antigravity 8-Cell Lithium-Ion small-case battery. Every hardware bag, manual, and video tutorial is included to make installation straightforward.
