The Origin

Super Veloce built this piece as a direct tribute to the iconic 993 air cooled flat six engine, the last air cooled Porsche 911 powerplant and one of the most revered engines in motorsport history. It is designed to resonate with Porsche enthusiasts and coffee aficionados at the same time, an object that lives on a desk but reads as engine art.

With only 993 handcrafted units available worldwide (a number chosen in reference to the 911 993 chassis), this limited edition espresso machine merges automotive heritage and artisanal luxury into a genuine collector piece.

Materials

Crafted from aerospace grade materials, including surgical stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium and carbon fiber, the RS Black Edition shows the same material culture as the rest of the Super Veloce range. The engine block is finished in anodized satin black, and the cylinder heads in anodized bright black, so light plays across the piece the way it does on a real air cooled block.

The cam covers are jet black high pressure thermoset carbon fibre (2x2 twill), hand laid at a 45 degree diagonal, giving the machine its bold, monochrome, motorsport look. At 21.5 kg it has the presence of a real component, not a lightweight decorative model.

Beyond the resemblance to a race inspired engine, the Espresso Veloce RS Black Edition is a functional brewer. It operates with both ground coffee and capsule compatibility, so an owner can switch between a serious extraction ritual and quick daily use.
