The Lewis Hamilton gloves here are a race-used pair worn by the seven-time World Champion during his 2021 season with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team. Presented in a display frame with an action shot of Hamilton at the wheel.
The Collaboration
2021 was the closest, most contested title fight of the modern hybrid era, Hamilton against Verstappen down to the last lap of Abu Dhabi. These Mercedes racing gloves come from that season, embroidered with Hamilton's Puma partnership at the cuff and his long-standing IWC Schaffhausen sponsor patch. As team-issue kit, they were assigned to Hamilton for a specific race weekend and returned with the rest of his stint gear, then framed as a display piece.
Materials & Fit
Formula 1 driver gloves are built to the FIA 8856-2018 standard: outer shell in Nomex fireproof fabric, inner grip in high-friction suede on the palm and fingers, elastic wrist closure and epaulette-style cuff to seal against the race suit sleeve. The palms of this pair show the wear pattern that only race stints on a Mercedes W12 steering wheel produce. Presented mounted in a premium showcase frame ready to hang.
