The Lotus 98T framed sculpture is a 1:4 scale, handcrafted wall piece inspired by the Ayrton Senna 1986 Formula 1 car. A framed F1 wall sculpture in JPS black and gold, finished in carbon fibre wrap and automotive paint.

The Artist

1986 was Ayrton Senna's second year at Team Lotus, driving the Lotus 98T powered by the fearsome Renault EF15B turbo V6, running John Player Special colours. He scored two wins (Spain and Detroit), eight pole positions and confirmed the qualifying speed that would define the rest of his career. This piece is built as a tribute to that car, a scale study of the 98T presented as wall art.

The Piece

The sculpture is handcrafted at 1:4 scale, painted with real automotive paint and finished with carbon fibre wrap details, then mounted inside its own frame ready to hang. Dimensions are 47.2 x 19.7 inches (120 x 50 cm), sized to sit above a desk or console. Materials, painting technique and frame presentation are the same used for TheArsenale's automotive art pieces, so it reads as an object rather than a model.
