The Jet Shark Q600 is a 600 hp semi-submersible boat that fuses fighter-jet styling with high-performance marine engineering. Powered by a supercharged Kodiak V8, it delivers explosive surface pace and a canopy-sealed cockpit that lets pilots dive the bow at will.

The Design

The Q600 is the top model in Jet Shark's line of submersible watercraft, sharing the fighter-jet silhouette of the Q400 but stepping up to a Kodiak Marine LT4 6.2L V8 Supercharged powerplant. Whether cruising the coast, diving under the waterline or parked at the marina, its 6.35 m aerodynamic hull is impossible to mistake for anything else on the water.

What Makes It

The hull is a modified deep-V, hand-laid in fiberglass composite with vinyl ester resin for saltwater durability. A heat-formed half-inch aircraft-grade acrylic canopy seals the cockpit via pneumatic closures, keeping the cabin dry when the boat dips beneath the surface. Cockpit tech includes a Maratron N2K computer system, a 16-inch waterproof navigation display and a front-facing live snorkel camera. Interior comfort matches high-end automobiles: four or five seats in premium marine upholstery with several colorways, front seats on suspension pedestals, a 7000 BTU Mabru air conditioning unit and a Kicker marine stereo.

On the Water

The 600 hp supercharged V8 drives twin impeller jets through a direct drive system with forward, neutral and reverse. Control is fly-by-cable: foot-pedal steering and a two-axis stick command pitch and roll, letting the pilot skim the surface or plunge for semi-submerged runs. With 1405 kg dry weight and a 170 L fuel tank, the Q600 delivers meaningful range without losing agility.
