Manx7 by TheArsenale - Electric Cafe Racer

The Sarolea MANX7 TheArsenale Edition is a one-of-one electric cafe racer born from a collaboration between Belgium's oldest motorcycle manufacturer and TheArsenale, combining 163 hp, a 240 km/h top speed, and a carbon fibre monocoque chassis into the most refined electric performance motorcycle available.

The Collaboration

Sarolea began building motorcycles in 1901, making it one of the oldest motorcycle manufacturers in Europe. After decades away, the Belgian marque returned with a singular ambition: to build the world's most capable electric motorcycle. TheArsenale partnered with Sarolea to create an exclusive single-unit variant of the MANX7, bringing a new design language to a machine already defined by aerospace-grade engineering. The result is 1 of 1, a collaboration that cannot be replicated.

The Build

The MANX7's architecture draws on expertise from applied sciences, motorsport, aerospace, and military engineering. The chassis is a carbon fibre monocoque frame paired with a carbon fibre swingarm, delivering a total weight of just 217 kg despite the battery and motor system. Suspension is handled by Ohlins at both ends: FGRT-200 forks at the front, TTX36 shock at the rear. Beringer Aerotec radial calipers with four pistons manage braking at the front. Bodywork uses carbon fibre fairings by Fabbri Accessori, with Rizoma handling the ancillary details. Every fastener is titanium or aluminium, sourced from Pro-Bolt.

The Ride

163 hp and 450 Nm of torque are delivered instantly through a direct chain drive single-speed transmission with a Regina chain. The air-cooled brushless DC three-phase motor needs no warm-up and no shifting. Top speed reaches 240 km/h. The 14 kWh lithium-ion battery provides a 330 km range, and DC fast charging brings it to 80% in 20 minutes. OZ Racing Gass-R forged aluminium wheels shod with Dunlop SPORTSMART TT tyres complete a package that is as capable on a circuit as it is on an open road.
