The Daytona office chair by Racing & Emotion is a hand-built executive seat inspired by the legendary Shelby Cobra Daytona of 1965, the coupe that won Ford its first FIA World Sportscar Championship.

The Origin

Every Racing & Emotion chair is designed, shaped, and manufactured entirely by hand in Le Mans, France, the home of the world's most famous 24-hour endurance race. The Daytona edition borrows its silhouette from Peter Brock's Cobra Daytona coupe, the 1965 GT champion that beat Ferrari at Le Mans. It brings that mid-sixties American racing spirit into a modern studio or executive office.

Materials

The shell is built for firm but flexible support, mounted on a swivel base with height adjustment for daily desk use. The interior is fully upholstered in premium leather, hand-stitched by the Racing & Emotion atelier, then assembled and painted piece by piece. The result is lightweight, durable, and finished to the standard of a real motorsport bucket seat.
