Developed by PG, designed by Bugatti and manufactured by Kussmaul, the PG x Bugatti bike is the world's ultimate carbon fiber bicycle, weighing less than 5 kg and limited to 667 units.

 

The Concept

PG set out to build one of the world's most technologically advanced bicycles, and Bugatti agreed to sign the design. The goal was a single line: the lightest urban bike in the world, engineered to sit alongside a Chiron in the garage rather than in the bike rack. The result is 95% carbon fiber, an incredibly light yet strong frame that borrows its construction discipline from automotive R&D.

The Build

The PG x Bugatti bike is a technical showcase. Oversized cross sections push frame rigidity to its limit, and a vertical shock-absorption bar in the handlebar softens road vibration without adding a suspension. Every component uses high-tensile carbon fibre for longevity, handcrafted with aeronautical fabrication methods at Kussmaul's workshop. As a collaboration with Bugatti, PG Bikes offers custom finishes on request: bespoke paints, color-coated carbon, leather options, and the Bugatti pearl, so owners can match the bike to their car.
