The Story

On 18 July 2021, Pierre Gasly lined up for AlphaTauri on the Silverstone grid for one of the most iconic rounds on the Formula 1 calendar. He crossed the line in 11th place at the wheel of the AT02, riding out a chaotic race that opened with the Verstappen and Hamilton collision at Copse. This is the exact helmet on his head that weekend, an artefact from a season when Gasly was rebuilding his reputation and putting AlphaTauri consistently in the points.

What Makes It

The lid is a Bell HP77, the FIA 8860-2018 top-tier shell used by F1 drivers, built from a carbon composite outer, a multi-density EPS liner and a Zylon anti-penetration strip above the visor. The livery mixes matte black with Gasly's signature blue and gold accents, the AlphaTauri and Honda logos and his personal PG10 mark. Two authentic Gasly signatures are laid directly on the shell, making this a race-worn helmet you can trace to a single Grand Prix on a single weekend.

Race Provenance

Grand Prix helmets are the most personal object in Formula 1 memorabilia.
