Rezvani Retro RR1 750 - Restomod SUV

The Rezvani Retro RR1 750 is a limited-run Porsche 992 Turbo S restomod by Rezvani Motors, styled after the legendary Porsche 935 race car and pushed to 750 horsepower with a full carbon fiber body conversion.

The Story

The RR1 750 is Rezvani Motors' tribute to golden-era endurance racing, translated onto a modern platform. It reimagines the Porsche 935's silhouette (long tail, slat-covered rear, center-exit exhaust) on the 992 Turbo S base, keeping the modern chassis, electronics and cabin ergonomics while restyling nearly every visible panel. Rezvani markets it as a driver's collectible: a car for buyers who want the design language of a 935 but the reliability of a current-generation 911. Production is capped at 50 examples worldwide, with 2020 or later Porsche 911 Carrera models accepted as donors.

Performance

Under the reworked bodywork, the RR1 750 runs a 3.8L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine tuned to 750 horsepower, paired with Porsche's PDK dual-clutch transmission and the factory all-wheel-drive system. The 0 to 60 mph time drops to 2.0 seconds, and Rezvani reworks throttle response and exhaust tuning for a harder, more mechanical acoustic signature.

The Build

Every RR1 750 is fully rebodied in carbon fiber, with retro turbo-fan wheels (20 x 10.0 front, 21 x 13.0 rear) shod in Michelin-grade rubber (275/35 R20 front, 335/30 R21 rear). Suspension can be configured for street or track use, and each build is treated as bespoke: paint-to-sample, custom liveries, custom interior (seats, steering wheel, shift knob), optional Ohlins Motorsport TTX-Pro coilovers, Brembo GT-S 6-piston 380mm brakes, carbon fiber turbo fan wheel covers, roll cage, racing harness and polycarbonate windows. Typical build time is around four months.
