SKIN BODY - THEARSENALE X FAITH CONNEXION, DOHA RUNWAY PIECE

The skin body is a Doha runway piece from the collaboration between TheArsenale and the Paris fashion house Faith Connexion, a nude toned bodysuit built to work as a base layer on the runway and as a statement piece on the street.

The Collaboration

The bodysuit was designed for the Doha runway, a joint capsule between TheArsenale and Faith Connexion, the Paris atelier known for its hand distressed leather, rock inspired graphics and heritage cuts. TheArsenale contributed the mobility and performance codes it built its brand on, Faith Connexion contributed Parisian couture finish, and the skin body is where those two visions meet.

Materials and Fit

The garment is a stretch cotton jersey bodysuit in a warm nude tone that reads close to bare skin under runway lighting. The cut is second skin, long sleeves, high neckline and a snap crotch, designed to be worn on its own or as a base layer under a jacket, a parka or leggings from the same Doha capsule. Because these were runway samples turned into a very limited retail drop, each unit sits closer to a wearable collectible than a seasonal fashion item.
