The Suzuki GS 400 customized by Ugly Motors is the perfect bike for anyone that wants a lightweight and very capable machine. The goal of the project was to work with the lightness of the bike to make it more modern and appealing. Released in 1977 it was Suzuki’s first full range of 4-stroke powered road motorcycle. The bike’s design is fully revamped, but it still retains its classic feel. The new paint was inspired by Gulf Racing palette Aston Martin green plus Gulf Orange fitted perfectly the racing spirit of the bike. It features a 400cc engine that is capable of delivering a top speed of 150km/h.

Build

The bike is fully repainted. The new build features a custom stitched leather seat, fiberglass tail with custom designed battery fitter, rear sets, and speedometer basket, welded together by the Ugly Motor’s team. Also, it has a custom LED dashboard and gear positioning screen. The exhaust is built by a professional with years of experience in chopper welding. It's bent into a V-shape and is polished clean for a chrome look. The handlebars are custom made with grips made from premium Italian leather. Lastly, the registration plate mount was made and welded by the team.
