The Muscle R - Custom Motorcycle

The Muscle R by Cohn Racers is a fully bespoke custom muscle motorcycle built around a 1202cc air-cooled V-twin platform, designed to translate the athletic stance and raw presence of American muscle cars into a two-wheeled machine that is fully tailored to each client's ergonomic and aesthetic brief.

The Concept

Cohn Racers conceived the Muscle R around a single idea: that accelerating, braking, shifting, and steering must blend into one seamless, addictive experience. The design language draws directly from modern muscle car proportions, prioritizing a low, wide, planted silhouette. Because ergonomic and aesthetic preferences are specified by each client before production begins, no two builds are identical. The Muscle R is a limited-production machine, available for worldwide shipping to international clients.

What Makes It

Bodywork is constructed from a combination of CNC-machined aluminum and hand-laid carbon fiber, finished in top-quality paint chosen by the client. The seat and upholstery use prime imported leather hides with Alcantara and custom stitching options, each reflecting the character of its owner. The result is a surface finish that belongs in a different category from any production motorcycle, closer to a coachbuilt automobile in its attention to material selection and fit.

Performance

The Ohlins suspension system is factory-tuned to the client's weight, size, and riding intent: Forks FGTR 200 at the front, TTX Factory shocks at the rear. Stopping comes from a dual Brembo and Galfer setup: Brembo Racing RCS 19 master cylinder, radial Brembo oxidized cast aluminum four-piston calipers, and rotors in high-performance race stainless steel or carbon. Wheels are anodized aluminum with CNC-machined hubs and lightweight spokes, sized 18 x 3.5 front and 18 x 6 rear on Excel rims. With 101 HP at 7100 rpm and a 0-60 time of 3.9 seconds, the Muscle R backs its visual aggression with verified performance.
