THEARSENALE ICONS SKATEBOARD

The TheArsenale Icons skateboard is a curated designer cruiser deck built in-house by the TheArsenale team, mixing an art-object identity with a fully rideable street setup.

The Concept

Every board in the TheArsenale skateboard line is treated like a piece of automotive-culture memorabilia. The Icons deck gathers the graphic vocabulary of TheArsenale (silhouettes, logos, motifs) into a printed collage designed by the in-house TA Team, then screens it onto a classic popsicle shape so it works as much on the wall as under the feet.

What Makes It

The board is built from 7 plies of Canadian maple wood, the same construction standard used by pro street decks, glued and pressed for stiffness under pop and slides. The bottom shows a natural veneer finish that lets the maple grain read through the printed artwork, while the top is dressed with a black grip tape for a clean two-tone look. The graphics are printed, not sticker-applied, so the icons stay legible after hard use.

The Ride

The Icons is set up as a cruiser skateboard: stable enough for daily commutes on city pavement, light enough to carry into a gallery, an office, or a hotel. Sold as a complete concept from a curated design catalog, it is equally comfortable mounted on the wall as art, or ridden through the streets as a signed piece of TheArsenale.
