The TheArsenale trucker cap in Black Out is a signature piece from the brand's Technical Machines line, cut and stitched in the USA. A pure black six-panel silhouette in nubuck velvet, engineered for daily wear and built to look sharper the more you use it.

The Collaboration

Designed by TheArsenale Technical Machines in the USA, the Black Out edition condenses the studio's approach into one cap: a full monochrome finish, minimalist embroidery on the front panel, and construction details usually reserved for premium headwear. It is part of the brand's core cap line, alongside the desert, arctic and camo editions.

Materials and Fit

The front panels are made from nubuck velvet, a soft brushed leather finish treated with a water repellent coating to resist rain and stains without changing the texture. The mesh back keeps the cap breathable through summer, and the curved brim holds its shape over time. Luxury embroidery on the front logo adds depth and catches the light without adding weight.

The trucker fit is one-size, adjustable with a snapback closure at the rear. Wipe the velvet panels with a dry cloth to keep the finish clean, and avoid direct machine washing to preserve the water repellent treatment.
