In just a few weeks, Lamborghini is set to launch their new hybrid supercar, ushering in a new chapter for the company. In anticipation of the launch, Lamborghini is paying tribute to their naturally aspirated V12 by creating two unique one-off vehicles, a coupe and a roadster.
Both of these special cars utilize the Aventador's carbon fiber monocoque and are powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces an impressive 769 horsepower, paired with a seven-speed ISR gearbox.
These bespoke vehicles, known as the Invencible and the Autentica, were designed by Lamborghini Centro Stile and are inspired by previous models such as the Sesto Elemento, Reventón, and Veneno.
The hexagonal theme that is characteristic of Lamborghini is also evident in the design of these two cars, including the taillights and interior HVAC vents. It's worth noting that these two vehicles were built exclusively for a single Lamborghini client.
These two one-of-a-kind cars serve as a fitting tribute to the V12 engine before the ICE era gradually comes to a close.
