The Aviatore Veloce Turbojet espresso machine by Super Veloce is a quarter scale, aerospace grade recreation of a jet engine that doubles as a high performance coffee and tea maker, produced in only 100 bespoke units worldwide.
The Origin
The Aviatore Veloce sits at the boundary of engineering, sculpture and everyday ritual. Super Veloce translated the visual language of a turbojet engine into a functioning brewer, so what looks like a scale model on the boardroom table is actually a fully working coffee and tea system.
Limited to 100 bespoke units worldwide, each Aviatore Veloce is handcrafted with the attention to detail Super Veloce is known for, making it a natural centerpiece for luxury homes, private offices and collector spaces.
Materials
Construction uses genuine aerospace grade alloys: aviation grade 6061 T6 aluminum, 2000 series aluminum alloy, stainless steel 316 Ti, 7075 alloy and aluminum bronze. This is the material palette of aircraft and race engineering, not domestic appliances, and it gives the piece both its visual density and its collector value.
The turbine shell can be personalised with special emblems etched into it, adding a genuinely individual touch and making each unit trackable as a bespoke commission. Simple operation mimics the deployment of a Cascade Type reverse thruster, so brewing coffee or tea keeps the aviation theme all the way through the interaction.
The Piece
The Aviatore Veloce is not just visually striking, it is an innovative brewing system in its own right. It includes a titanium water tank with 3 litre capacity and programmable volumetric buttons for custom beverage dispensing, so a household can save its favourite pour sizes.
When in use, the turbine blades rotate at a steady and safe 38 rpm, reinforcing the jet engine effect. It is compatible with both coffee grinds and tea leaves, which turns the daily ritual into a moment of engineering theatre.
