This Sebastian Vettel race suit is the one-off Scuderia Ferrari 70th Anniversary livery he wore to a 3rd-place finish at the 2017 Italian Grand Prix, a genuine race-used Puma overall from the Ferrari factory team.
The Story
Monza, September 2017. To mark the 70th birthday of Scuderia Ferrari, the team dressed its cars and drivers in a special-edition livery for its home Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel wore this suit through the entire race weekend and brought the Ferrari SF70H home in 3rd, standing on the Monza podium in front of the tifosi. It is one of very few 70th Anniversary Vettel suits released to private collectors.
What Makes It
The suit is a full FIA 8856-2000 rated Nomex racing overall by Puma, Ferrari's official supplier at the time, cut to Vettel's exact measurements. Sponsor patches (Santander, Shell, UPS, Ray-Ban, Marlboro Bar Code, Kaspersky, Weichai) are all embroidered in period-correct positions, with the celebratory 70th Anniversary graphic across the chest. The race-worn condition is preserved, no restoration or repaint.
