Aston Martin has launched the highly anticipated DB12, the newest addition to their esteemed DB line, setting new standards for ultra-luxury grand tourers. This model builds upon the success of its predecessor, the DB11, by introducing enhancements that include a sturdier chassis, active dampers, and an electronic rear differential, seamlessly controlled by a six-axis stability control system. With DB12-specific Michelin Pilot Sport 5s tires, the DB12 exceeds the already impressive ride and handling capabilities of the DB11.
Under the hood, an evolved twin-turbo V8 engine produces a remarkable 670 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, propelling the DB12 from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds, with a top speed of 202 MPH. Inside the driver-centric cabin, the DB12 showcases a captivating redesign with horizontal lines that accentuate the spaciousness. The luxurious atmosphere is further enhanced by hand-stitched Bridge of Weir hides and a brand-new Bowers & Wilkins audio system.
On the exterior, the DB12 exhibits an evolutionary refinement, featuring a sleeker, more sculptural shape that emphasizes its low-profile design. Pronounced flanks and a larger, cleaner trademark grille and front fascia contribute to its distinctive aesthetic. Anticipated deliveries for the Aston Martin DB12 are scheduled for the third quarter of 2023, offering car enthusiasts the opportunity to experience its exceptional driving capabilities and luxurious features firsthand.
