The Bandit9 custom Ducati 821 is a limited-edition motorcycle that tests the boundary between functional machine and sculptural artwork. Produced in a run of just nine units at $44,900 each, this creation by the Vietnam-based Bandit9 studio transforms the Ducati Monster 821 platform into something that challenges every conventional expectation of what a motorcycle should look like. The result is a vehicle that is as likely to be displayed behind glass as ridden on mountain roads, yet performs at the level of the original Ducati platform it is built upon.

Beneath the radical exterior, the Bandit9 Ducati 821 retains the stock 821cc Testastretta 11-degree L-twin engine producing 110 hp and 65.8 lb-ft of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 125 mph, with a total weight of 386 lbs and a tank range of approximately 145 miles. The suspension system uses non-adjustable 43mm Sachs forks at the front and an adjustable Sachs monoshock with preload and rebound adjustment at the rear. Stopping power comes from dual 320mm Brembo monobloc radial calipers paired with 245mm Brembo discs, a setup that matches the performance expectations of the original platform.
Design Details: Hand-Fabricated Aluminum, Internal Routing, and Invisible LED Lighting
The bodywork is hand-polished aluminum running the full length of the chassis, with every cable routed internally so that no wiring or mechanical fastening is visible from the outside. The seat and rear cowl section are precision-built from carbon fiber. A bespoke integrated exhaust system completes the seamless exterior, while invisible LED lighting enhances the minimalist profile without breaking the surface.
