In the last few years, Kia has awakened from its hibernation sleep and has vigorously entered the luxury market. Its Stinger GT rivaled European super saloons and proved that it takes more than just a brand name to make a great car. Even their Telluride SUV was a direct challenge of the conception that KIA Is an economy brand.
Following the steps of their successful new model launches, they have now decided to tease us with a new concept called the Futuron. As the name hints, it is a very, very futuristic ride that combines smooth lines with a sharp, fastback design. The interior resembles a futuristic lounge that alternates between an upright driving position and a laidback, autonomous position. As you can probably imagine, the Futuron is an electric SUV that houses four motors in each of the wheels. Its battery is stuck on the floor for a low center of gravity which adds to its stability and handling.
