The Monaco is a flyweight EV from Bandit9 that is part of the company's transition from bespoke bikes to the four-wheeled industry.
It is reminiscent of 1950s and 1960s F1 cars. The Monaco's frame is made of a carbon fiber monocoque that is modular and can be outfitted with a variety of amenities or reduced to the bare minimum.
The Monaco will have the same motors and battery pack as the Tesla Model S, with Bandit9 claiming a 2.7-second 0-60 time and a 250-mile driving range from the 536-horsepower unit.
Together with Forcite, Bandit9 is also creating a smart helmet with a built-in camera, microphone, and speaker system that will allow users to speak with pit engineers directly.
The Monaco will begin being delivered by Bandit9 in the first quarter of 2023.
