Sirius Aviation AG has captivated the global aviation community with the world debut of its cutting-edge CEO Jet at the MOVE Expo in London. Showcasing an impressive blend of advanced technology and luxury, this liquid-hydrogen-powered eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft signifies a monumental step forward in sustainable air travel. Developed in collaboration with BMW Designworks and the Sauber Group, this innovative aircraft promises a range of 1,150 miles per trip, underpinned by a hydrogen-electric propulsion system that boasts quieter operation with noise levels akin to a household dishwasher.
Designed with both efficiency and comfort in mind, the CEO Jet features 28 ducted fans distributed across its wings and canard, allowing it to smoothly transition from vertical take-off to horizontal flight. The striking v-tail aircraft is built to transport a pilot and three passengers, offering a spacious, luxury interior. Each passenger has access to an array of conveniences, including individual side tables equipped with cup holders, storage spaces, reading lights, and charging trays. To enhance the passenger experience, seat-back displays provide key flight data and a refreshing burst of perfume is released upon landing, ensuring travelers feel rejuvenated and ready for the next leg of their journey.
Beyond its primary model, Sirius Aviation also hinted at future innovations with a sneak peek at its Adventure Jet variant designed for versatile operations, including water landings. With production slated for 2028, the CEO Jet represents a pioneering leap in eVTOL technology, merging the realms of luxury and sustainability.
