Designed by Dutch yacht studio Vripack in collaboration with the renowned shipyard Oceanco, Project Lily embodies a bold synthesis of nature, luxury, and sustainability. The concept, measuring an expansive 101 meters, takes inspiration from the water lily, merging organic beauty with avant-garde functionality. The yacht’s form evokes the overlapping petals of a closing lily, with sweeping curves and tiered decks that seamlessly integrate with the vessel’s sleek, asymmetric steel hull and aluminum superstructure. This thoughtful design allows natural light, air, and panoramic ocean views to flow through the yacht, reshaping how marine aesthetics meet practicality.
The meticulously crafted accommodations redefine the superyacht experience with a focus on modern luxury. With nine 50-square-meter double guest cabins, children’s play spaces, an open-plan cinema, and a dedicated leisure deck with a waterside pool and gym, the yacht caters to every possible aspect of relaxation and enjoyment. The crown jewel of the interior is the owner's two-level suite, featuring an interior lily pond, a private sundeck, and a terrace for serene personal moments. The innovative "virtual bridge"—positioned amidships rather than at the traditional elevated center—frees up space for a transparent glass stairwell and mezzanine, turning the heart of the yacht into a hub of light and connectivity.
Project Lily also pushes boundaries in sustainability by utilizing a hybrid Dynafin propulsion system and cutting-edge fuel cell technology, significantly reducing both operating costs and environmental impact. Part of Oceanco’s “Beyond Custom” design series, the yacht captures the spirit of a new, experience-driven generation of owners who prioritize uniqueness, innovation, and eco-consciousness. According to Vripack’s co-creative director, Marnix Hoekstra, Project Lily offers “a boundaryless onboard experience” that combines visionary design with buildable reality, bridging the gap between imagination and feasibility, all while elevating the superyacht into an unparalleled statement of freedom, luxury, and environmental stewardship.
