Seabob — Prices, Models and Everything Buyers Ask
The Seabob is the most wanted water toy of the last decade: a jet-propelled sea scooter that pulls you across the surface and under it, engineered in Germany by Cayago. We carry the current generation, led by the Seabob F9 and F9S Titanium — lighter, more powerful and redesigned by Studio F. A. Porsche — the models chosen for superyacht toy boxes, beach villas and charter fleets from Monaco to the Gulf.
With showrooms in Monaco, Dubai, Doha and Macau, our team delivers and supports Seabob across Europe, the Middle East and Asia — one conversation covers the model choice, options, delivery and after-sales.
How much does a Seabob cost?
Current official prices run from roughly €11,000 for the F9 to around €15,000 for the F9S, with earlier F5-series models in a similar range depending on version and options. Each listing here shows its price — and if you are choosing between two models, ask us: the answer depends on how you will actually use it.
Seabob F5 vs F9 — what changed?
The F9 generation replaces the F5 with a dramatically lighter body (around 23 kg versus 34 kg), new riding modes and a design by Studio F. A. Porsche. Lighter means easier to lift onto a yacht platform and more agile in the water — the upgrade owners feel immediately.
How deep and how fast does a Seabob go?
Seabobs cruise at up to roughly 20 km/h on the surface and dive to as much as 40 metres depending on the model — with a programmable depth limiter, which is exactly why families trust it with confident young swimmers.
Do you need a license to ride a Seabob?
No. Recreational Seabob use requires no license or registration — you unpack it, charge it and ride. That simplicity is a large part of why it has become the default superyacht toy.
What about the battery and maintenance?
Plan for roughly an hour of active riding per charge, and treat the battery well: store it around half charge and top it up monthly, even off-season. We advise every owner on care at delivery — it is the single habit that keeps a Seabob perfect for years.
