Robocar

Designed by Daniel Simon, known best for his work in movies like Tron: Legacy, Captain America, and Oblivion this supercar is like something from the future. It is the first fully autonomous racing car to hit the market. The Roborace team aims to create a new racing category where self-driving cars and manually-driving cars will compete against one another. Eliminating the human-error in this kind of races may revolutionize the way we racing today. Innovative supercars like the Robocar make the future more exciting. Note that this version of the Robocar is a show sculpture only, non-running with no electronics or drivetrain.

Next-Gen

The teardrop shape improves the aerodynamics of the car in every way, allowing it to accelerate like never before. Also, the Robocar is powered by the remarkable computing processor unit by Nvidia (Drive PX 2). The official tires are made from Michelin.
The Robocar is 4.8m long and 2m wide while weighing around 1350kg. It gets the power from 4 electric motors each 135KW of power-producing around 500HP. The car is capable of reaching a top speed of 300km/h (190mp/h).
