Citroën E-Méhari - Art Car by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac

Citroën E-Méhari - Art Car by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac - TheArsenale

In a collaboration with Citroën and Jean-Charles De Castelbajac, we have created a unique art car based one on of the most iconic, fun French cars; the Mehari. Created in 1968, the Méhari was a simplistic car based on the Dyane 6. It featured a ABS plastic body with the same 602cc flat twin petrol engine but the new edition of it; E-Méhari is fully electric as the name points out.

This special edition of the E-Méhari was hand painted by the Mr. Castelbajac himself and is decorated with his iconic color palette; blue, yellow and red. It is decorated with elegant brush strokes in his instantly recognizable style across all body panels. A conquering angel is drawn on the elegant hood and the ecology friendly powerplant of the car is also signed by Jean-Charles himself as well.

This exclusive car will be exhibited at the Paris Auto Show as well and will be up for sale exclusively on TheArsenale. Prepare your checkbooks, this art car is hitting our marketplace really soon.
