The 1945 Citroën 2CV was the first front-wheel-drive automobile ever built with more than 3.8 million units sold between 1948 and 1990. Even after all these years, the obvious appeal for this vehicle still dazzles automobile enthusiasts.

The renowned 1945 Citroen 2CV, sometimes known as the "umbrella on wheels," had a roll-back sunroof and a fixed profile convertible bodywork. Designer Jean Louis Bui came up with an electric idea with a contemporary appearance to bring back the fond memories of this affordable family vehicle.

This mischievous little automobile, known as the Citroen La 2 Deuche Concept, has an airy feel to it. The area above the wheels, the headlights, and the roof's accordion-like retraction mechanism that converts the car into a convertible all display the vehicle's retro DNA.
