Designers Martijn Koomen and Tadas Maksimovas have created one of the most unique bikes we have seen until now. For centuries, humanity has been fascinated by the pi. This ratio between the circle's circumference to its diameter, is what makes a circle; a circle. How about bringing this concept to life in an unusual but creative way, a bike?

It's easy to tell why the bike is called Pi with a nearly identical frame to the mathematical symbol. Inspired by Yau Hoong's illustration of a pi shaped bicycle for Pi Day, they decided to bring it to life in a real functioning bike. Collaborating with WE ARE Pi, the designers created it from scratch. It took numerous revisions to end up with such a sturdy, elegant, refined and functional bike.
