It seems like the number of electric motorcycles companies has just grown by one. Transform Motorcycles from Brooklyn, New York, and Stockholm, Sweden has launched an amazing electric motorcycle made with 3D printed parts.
The bike was designed by the company’s CEO and co-founder, Taras Kravtchouk. He has worked with many ICE motorcycle design in the past, bringing his expertise into the electric world. Taras has explained with few words in an interview given for this bike saying. “We looked to revive the classic form and unite it with modern-day technology to create a new riding experience. An electric vehicle that embodies the spirit of craftsmanship, advanced manufacturing, and clean technology.”
The bike will also have smart connectivity features to the owner via a dedicated phone app. The battery can be fully charged in 4 hours and provides 145 km of city riding and 80 km of riding at highway speeds. By bringing together talented designers and engineers, the small company aims to tackle industry giants.
The bike is already available for pre-order and the price starts at $18.000 for the standard model.
