Those figures are conservative compared with raw output numbers sometimes claimed by competing manufacturers, because ARCH publishes rear-wheel measurements rather than crank figures, giving a more honest picture of what the rider actually receives. The exhaust system is designed in-house by ARCH to integrate with the overall aesthetic and acoustic character of the machine rather than being sourced from an aftermarket catalogue. The engine revs freely for a large-displacement V-twin, delivering the kind of linear power build that allows confident use in corners as well as straight-line acceleration.

Chassis and Materials

The mainframe is steel, combined with a machined-billet aluminium subframe for the rear section. Carbon fibre appears throughout the bodywork, the fuel cell (which incorporates a built-in air intake and filtration system), the BST wheels and numerous structural covers. The fuel cell design routes intake air through side vents at the front of the tank directly to the intake system at the rear, removing the visual bulk of a conventional side-mounted airbox. The Ohlins rear shock works in conjunction with the single-sided swingarm to push unsprung mass downward effectively, keeping the rear wheel in contact with the road surface under hard acceleration and through corners. The result is a motorcycle that handles with precision rather than simply feeling planted.

Each ARCH 1s is built to individual customer specification at the company's Los Angeles workshop. The starting price is $128,000, and the build process involves extensive direct consultation between the customer and the ARCH team. Deliveries began in 2023.
