Story

In the middle of April 2017, a Triumph owner called the Tamarit Motorcycles office, to ask for information about parts for his motorcycle. That’s how the Sombra project started. The customer wanted some modifications for his Triumph but wasn’t sure what, except the color change. The Triumph Thruxton 1200R was in default condition so the Tamarit team proposed a custom project for the motorcycle. The customer approved the new designed and the work started shortly. The amazing new bike that was created was called Sombra.

Build

The fender eliminator kit, the Mónaco seat, significantly changed how the motorcycle looked, the Boludos exhaust, the custom numbered oval-shaped plates, the Tamarit belly pan and the short fender were the parts that drag the attention the most at first sight.

Original Triumph little-turning signals, also an original rearview mirror on the grips, heat-proof tape, our new grill for the headlight, six holes holder for the headlight (another default part we kinda dislike on this wonderful motorcycle) and leather grips, were the set of parts selected for this motorcycle.
