SIALIA YACHTS INTRODUCES THE 45 - ECO-FRIENDLY INNOVATION TAKES THE HELM

The Sialia 45 electric cruiser is setting a new standard in sustainable yachting, offering an enticing blend of luxury, performance, and eco-conscious engineering. Designed by Warsaw-based Sialia Yachts, this compact yet versatile vessel continues the company’s innovative journey after the Sialia 59, catering to a growing demand for greener solutions in the marine industry. Powered by twin 300kW electric motors, the Sialia 45 demonstrates impressive capabilities by clocking a top speed of 43 knots, with an efficient cruising speed of 25 knots offering a range of 55 nautical miles using its standard 500kWh battery pack. For those seeking extended adventures, optional upgrades include a 200kWh battery expansion, boosting the range to 77 nautical miles, or a biodiesel range extender system that pushes the total range to an impressive 142–164 nautical miles.

Sophistication meets sustainability in the Sialia 45's design. Its below-deck modular layout comes in three configurations—Runabout, Sport, and Weekender—allowing buyers to tailor the cruiser to their lifestyle, whether for leisure, water sports, or extended stays offshore. The interior exudes minimalism with intelligently arranged cabins, a saloon, and a modern bathroom featuring intersecting surfaces and sustainable materials like recycled cork flooring. Combined with its lightweight yet durable carbon fiber hull, the design not only enhances aesthetics but also significantly reduces the vessel's environmental impact. Sialia Yachts ensures that the onboard experience prioritizes comfort while maintaining a low ecological footprint, making it a leading contender for waters restricted by stringent environmental laws.

Beyond sustainability, the Sialia 45 offers reduced maintenance and operational costs, a direct result of its electric propulsion system. According to Milvio Ricci, Chief Commercial Officer at Sialia Yachts, the vessel's 15–20% premium cost compared to traditional diesel-powered models is counterbalanced by near-zero pollution, lower upkeep, and eliminating the expense of diesel fuel for most users. The appeal also extends to brief docking times, with fast-charging capabilities replenishing the battery from 10% to 90% in a mere three hours. This electric cruiser is more than just a step toward reducing water and air pollution—it represents a future of yachting where performance, luxury, and environmental responsibility coexist seamlessly.
